For orders weighing over 2kg there will be additional shipping charges. In this case we will always inform you before shipping the order and give you the option to cancel.

Europe Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic we have a simple flat shipping rate of 11.00 Euro on all orders. For bicycles, wooden shops, wooden kitchens or other heavy wooden toys or furniture there might be additional shipping charges depending on the weight and destination. In this case we will always inform you before shipping the order and give you the option to cancel.
Europe Zone 2 & 3: Andorra, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Malta, San Marino we have a simple flat shipping rate of 13.50 Euro on all orders. For bicycles, wooden shops, wooden kitchens or other heavy wooden toys or furniture there might be additional shipping charges depending on the weight and destination. In this case we will always inform you before shipping the order and give you the option to cancel.
Non-Europe Zone 3: Norway, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Belarus we have a simple flat shipping rate of 16.50 Euro on all orders. For bicycles, wooden shops, wooden kitchens or other heavy wooden toys or furniture there might be additional shipping charges depending on the weight and destination. In this case we will always inform you before shipping the order and give you the option to cancel.

For shipping to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of 13.45 Euro regardless of the order value. Swiss customers do not have to pay German VAT on their order. If you register with a Swiss delivery address in the shop, all products are shown without German VAT. For delivery to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply. You can find further information on customs duties at ec.europa.eu and on import tax at auskunft. eztonline.de and, specifically for Switzerland, at xtares.admin.ch.

For our customers in the Rest of the World we have a shipping rate of 28.00 Euro on all orders weighing 1-2kg. For orders weighing 3kg and more there will be additional shipping charges depending on the weight and destination. We aim to dispatch orders super-fast - within 24 hours from our warehouse in Germany. So you can enjoy your order as soon as possible.
We will send an initial email confirming your order and then a further email confirming dispatch of your order along with your order reference number.
Standard Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries to Europe usually take 3 to 6 working days. Deliveries to the Rest of the World usually take 5 to 12 working days. Our estimated delivery times do not account for any potential delays due to customs.

Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach the destination country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.

You can return unused, undamaged and unwashed (in the case of furniture not assembled) items with the original label and packaging within 14 days from delivery. Please send us as an e-mail to hello@myshinyshop.com with your order number and the product you would like to return.
For orders from Germany we offer free returns. We will send you a return label via e-mail upon receiving your request. Please note: If the value of your initial order falls below 100 Euro due to your return, we will charge the initial shipping costs of 4.50 Euro.
For all other countries the costs for the return shipment will not be covered by us. Please send your return parcel to: My Shiny Shop, Silke Haupt, Parkstraße 3, 61462 Königstein, Germany. If you would like to return your order from a non-EU-country (such as Switzerland), please enclose a copy of the invoice, mark the item you are returning and clearly state that it is a return. Shipments without invoice or return note will be custom-cleared again and therefore not accepted by us. In case you receive a damaged product (we are sooo sorry if that happens....) we will refund the cost of the product, you can keep the product but there will be no refund of the shipping cost.
Once we received your return, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days to your initial payment method.
